This program is recommended for all serious athletes that have not yet worked with Barbara. Includes a one hour initial phone session and weekly 40-minute phone sessions along with daily e-mail support. Barbara will review your current program and give you nutrition strategies to maximize performance. Dietary analysis, meal planning, travel and eating out will be addressed.
