 Comprehensive 8-Week Program $400.00 (to optimize strength, agility and endurance)

Reduce body fat, increase energy and recovery time. This program is recommended for all serious athletes that have not yet worked with Barbara. Includes weekly 30-minute phone sessions and daily e-mail support. Barbara will review your current program and give you nutrition strategies to maximize performance. Dietary analysis, meal planning, travel and eating out will be addressed.
 


 Performance Checkup $100.00


For athletes who have already completed the Comprehensive Program. Includes one hour of phone support, dietary analysis and assessment of present supplements and nutrition strategies for fine-tuning performance.

 3-visit package $225.00 includes, (initial visit 90 Minutes and two one-hour follow-ups)


Barbara will assess your overall lifestyle, including current and optimal weight, eating habits, training schedule, travel, current nutrition status, medications and supplements, long and short-term goals. She will then develop a comprehensive customized program for you to achieve your goals. Realistic guidelines are given that fit your lifestyle. If something doesn't feel right, it can be changed.

 Weight Loss 8-week program This is Not a Diet! $400.00

Master your weight problem once and for all: learn how to include the foods you love and still lose the weight! You will receive your own personalized program that will change the way you eat and think about food.

 Trial offer $75.00

This includes a 30-minute phone consultation with Barbara along with a complete dietary analysis and review of nutrition/performance goals. Analysis of calorie intake, fat, carbohydrate, protein, alcohol, saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, monounsaturated fat, sodium, potassium, cholesterol, fiber, sugar, calcium, iron.
